An integrated Import-Export chain
Importing finished products or components is far more than simply booking a container.
You need a design suited to your market, reliable factories, controlled production and rigorous quality checks before shipment.
Every project follows a tailor-made process, defined with you to minimise any surprises in your supply chain.
Design & Development
Product and packaging design tailored to your markets
We intervene from the very beginning to ensure that the product you receive meets your specifications… and your end customers’ expectations.
The goal: to reduce back-and-forth between your teams, designers and factories, and shorten the time-to-market of your new products.
-
Product design and functionalities
Work on dimensions, materials and usage, taking into account industrial constraints and cost requirements. -
Packaging and POS design
Creation or adaptation of individual packaging, show boxes and displays, aligned with your brand identity and retail requirements (shelf, e-commerce, pallets, etc.). -
Mock-ups & prototyping
Management of samples and functional prototypes to validate design, colours and finishings before mass production. -
Integration of regulatory requirements
Inclusion of mandatory markings, pictograms, barcodes, CE marking and other market-specific requirements.
Sourcing & Production
Supplier sourcing and production management
We select the most suitable factories for your products, then manage daily production to secure volumes, costs and lead times.
You keep full visibility over your projects, without dealing with time zones, language barriers or cultural complexity.
-
Supplier sourcing and qualification
Identification, comparison and selection of factories according to your criteria: product expertise, industrial capacity, certifications, client references, financial stability. -
Negotiation and contractual frameworks
Negotiation of pricing, MOQs (minimum order quantities), lead times and payment terms. -
Daily production follow-up
Our local teams act as the link between your requirements and the factory: monitoring production orders, managing adjustments and issuing alerts in case of deviation. -
Social & environmental responsibility
Possibility to integrate social and environmental audits in the factory selection and monitoring process.
Quality & Compliance
On-site quality control and compliance with European standards
Before any product leaves the factory, we verify that it meets your technical specifications and your end customers’ expectations.
The result: fewer disputes upon arrival, fewer hidden costs and greater reliability across your product ranges.
-
In-production checks
Inspections on early- and mid-production samples to detect issues as soon as possible (recurring defects, colour variations, non-compliance). -
Pre-shipment inspection (final random inspection)
Control carried out on a representative sampling of the finished production, before container loading. -
Testing and regulatory compliance
Coordination with accredited laboratories for required tests: safety, chemistry (REACH), electrical standards, fire, textiles, etc. -
Clear and actionable reporting
Detailed reports with photos, comments and concrete recommendations: acceptance, rework, sorting, partial or full redo.

Import-Export Services FAQ
If you cannot find the answer you’re looking for, feel free to contact us. We will be happy to discuss your project and recommend the best solution.
Which geographical areas do you work with for sourcing and production?
We mainly manage projects in China and across Asia, where most of our partner factories are located.
Depending on product families and volumes, we can also explore other production regions.
The objective remains the same: to secure quality, costs and lead times for your flows into Europe.
Do you have to be involved end-to-end, or can you support only part of the process?
Our services are modular. Some clients entrust us with the entire Import-Export cycle, while others rely on us only for sourcing, quality control or sample management.
We adapt our involvement to your internal capabilities: you keep in-house what you already manage well, and we take over the rest.
Do you offer factory audits and on-site quality inspections?
Yes. We conduct factory audits (capacity, processes, social aspects) as well as inspections during production and before shipment.
Depending on the product type, we can also coordinate laboratory tests (European standards, safety, chemistry, etc.).
This helps limit disputes on arrival and reduces hidden costs related to non-compliance.
What is the difference between your services and those of a standard freight forwarder or carrier?
A freight forwarder mainly handles transport and customs.
Our Import-Export division works upstream: product and packaging design, factory selection and management, production monitoring, quality inspections, audits…
We then coordinate with our logistics hub in Europe, giving you a fully integrated chain, from product development to warehousing.
How do your Import-Export services connect with logistics and warehousing in Europe?
Once production is completed and approved, we organise the transfer to our logistics hub in Belgium.
Your products arrive at the heart of Europe.
Depending on your needs, we can then take care of storage, and through additional services, the preparation and shipping of your B2B or B2C orders.
