A warehouse in Belgium
at the heart of your European flows
Located in Belgium, our warehouse is ideally positioned to serve your customers across Europe.
This central location simplifies your distribution models, shortens transport lead times and makes it easier to manage both B2B and B2C flows.
We mainly work with companies looking to bring their stock closer to their European markets, improve delivery reliability and avoid unpleasant surprises in their supply chain.
Examples of product types handled:
-
heavy or bulky parcels
-
single- or multi-SKU pallets
-
fragile goods requiring careful handling
-
low- or medium-rotation items that take up space at your site
We adapt the warehouse layout to your needs:
-
by product type
-
by channel (B2B, B2C, marketplaces)
-
by store or geographical zone
-
by batch, serial number, etc.
A structured warehousing process, with no surprises
Together, we build a clear and documented process, one that does not rely on a single person but on a stable organisation. The objective: controlled stock levels and on-time, in-full shipments (OTIF).
Inbound reception & checks
Scheduling of incoming deliveries
Quality and quantity checks at reception
Management of discrepancies with rapid reporting
Put-away & traceability
Location allocation based on your rules (SKU, batch, FEFO/FIFO, etc.)
Registration in our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Optimised location selection based on product rotation
Order preparation & palletisation
Order picking
Palletising or re-palletising
Building displays or ready-to-ship configurations
Shipping & cut-off compliance
We define realistic cut-off times with you to ensure shipments meet your needs and maximise OTIF — meaning orders are delivered complete and on time.

Flexibility
Volumes, channels and peak activity
Your volumes evolve throughout the year. We take this into account from the very first design of your warehousing model.
We can adjust our capacity and teams to meet seasonality (sales periods, Black Friday, Christmas, product launches, new store openings), shifts in your sales, promotional campaigns or special operations.
Costs
A predictable pricing model
We understand that logistics is a cost centre that must remain under control. Our role is to give you visibility and predictability.
Our pricing model is based on space, volumes and the services actually used — with no hidden fees and clear explanations for each cost item.

Warehousing Services FAQ
If you cannot find the answer you’re looking for, feel free to contact us. We’ll be happy to discuss your project and help you choose the right solution.
What minimum volumes do you work with?
We mainly work with companies managing regular volumes (pallets or large parcels), with or without pronounced seasonal peaks.
The easiest way is to share your historical data or estimates so we can jointly assess whether warehousing with us is the right fit.
Can you handle both B2B and B2C?
Yes. We can manage different channels (B2B, B2C, marketplaces, etc.) from the same stock, adapting the preparation process according to the type of order.
This is one of the elements we define together from the very start.
Is it possible to start with a test?
Yes, we often recommend a pilot phase or POC for a product range, a country or a specific channel.
This allows us to validate the processes, lead times and service levels before scaling up to a broader deployment.
How does integration with our systems work?
Together, we determine the most suitable method for data exchange: file export/import, API integration or another solution.
The goal is to secure stock and order flows without unnecessarily complicating your IT architecture.
Do you only provide warehousing, or transport as well?
Our core business is warehousing.
However, we can work with your usual carriers or explore shared transport solutions with our partners.
This is something we cover when building your tailored proposal.
